  Brad is really great. Best customer service I’ve received in a long time. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in my purchase and I appreciate him very much. I wish all car buying experiences were this easy and fret-free! I never felt pressured for one second. Thanks Brad and Patrick. Just overall really nice people.

  I called them to see if they still had a vehicle I was interested in. I was greeted with a simple "hello" as if the person on the other end was at home. I had to ask if I dialed the correct number. After finding out it was, I asked about the vehicle. The person on the other end wasn't sure so he told me he would call me back in 10 minutes. Never called me back and that was it. I can't really rate them on actually buying a car or talking to someone in person, but the interaction over the phone shows it's way too relaxed of an environment over there. Professionalism seemed to be an after-thought so I went elsewhere.

  After a few months of searching for a particular vehicle I came across Down Under Auto Sales. I made contact with them and spoke to Evan. He was very open and honest about the vehicle and allowed me to have it inspected the same day. I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. I appreciate the no hassle and no pressure from Down Under Auto, Pat was also very helpful and ensured that the deal agreed was what I got.
  I will do business with them again.

  They bought my truck back as I didn't need it anymore. I bought it from them 3 years ago. Good truck. 06 Tacoma 4wd. I'm gonna miss her.

  I called this dealership to buy a truck. I saw that they had a good price on a truck I was interested in. I spoke with the gentleman that owns the business. I told him that I was located out of state. I have purchased many trucks out of state. This made him very nervous. He had no issue with me paying cash. He was concerned that I would get here and not like the vehicle. I asked him to let me know if anything was wrong with the vehicle. He said he cannot sell it to me. After asking several times for pictures, that he never did send over, I called again later that day and said that I was still interested. He said he wasn't comfortable with selling to someone out of state. I have never had a car salesman refuse cash for one of their vehicles. I explained to him that if I got there and did not like the truck then I would go home, at my own expense. He said he wasn't comfortable with that. The description of his vehicle said that nothing was wrong with it. After talking to him for a minute or two, he revealed that it had a transmission problem. He said he would take it to his mechanic and get back with me in the morning. That was a week ago. I read many reviews about this dealership before my first phone call over. I am sure that he is a good man, but I think he is a horrible car salesman.

  I wouldn't even rate these clowns because they don't deserve it. I rang then to see if i can book my car in for an inspection so the twit asked me to hurry up because he was busy. Wow I can't even imagine how these guys survive. A big NO from me. I'll take my business and hard earned cash elsewhere. If small businesses don't understand how to treat customers with the common basics then they should not be in business!
