- Nick Lance Added October 31, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have taken my kids to a lot of different martial arts gyms in the last 10 years and Evolution MMA has been the best. My son does BJJ and Muay Thai and my daughter does BJJ. They actually love going because the staff are awesome and there's no agro. Everyone wants to learn and help each other get better, which I love.
The coaches compete themselves and are able to pass their knowledge down to all the students. - Callum Knight Added October 29, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great gym that is very welcoming and suitable for all levels. Love the team and community spirit here. BJJ, boxing and Muay Thai classes are a lot of fun, and the coaches are very knowledgeable. They always have a lot of time for you. It's great that they have a weights section for your strength and conditioning. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
- Paul Shortall Added October 27, 2022★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My son trained here for 7 years at a cost of $13,468 AUD. After the Change in Ownership, it was all down hill from there. The level of training had significantly dropped. On 2 separate occasions, Trainer Marty had verbally abused my son and intimidated him. We ware convinced on 3 separate occasions not to cancel the membership. We then suspended the membership which continued to debit our account. When we finally did cancel, we found that there was a continuation of the direct debit. Upon contacting Evolution. Trainer Marty was the person on the other end of the mobile phone number. He was rude, abrupt and intimidating. When I asked for the details of the General Manager and Directors. Trainer Martyn refused to give the details. If you train here in the future, I suggest not allowing the company to access your account through direct debit.
