  Unable to get any mobile service from a any dealership to visit my home to replace a power-stearing belt / alternator belt on a magna.i emailed LubeMobile after hours and got email confirmation

  These guys are truly awesome. Had a serviceman, Jayden, come and repair a puncture on my BMW, which I could not drive...they don't have spare tyres in the boot. The puncture in the tyre also went too far up the sidewall to repair, unfortunately.
  I had to order a tyre online as Ovation Tyres are not available in store anywhere in Perth.
  The manager/owner, Josh, from Wangara store called me personally and he was super friendly and helpful. We arranged everything and when my tyre arrived ex-eastern states, they were real quick to come and get me back on the road.
  Thx Josh and Jayden....great stuff!!

  Would give less stars if possible. I had a issue with my dump pipe and erg in my nissan patrol after having them fix it my car started to whistle took it to another place to be looked at and they found 2 snapped bolts in my exhaust manifold from someone trying to take it off

  Extremely good service. However their pricing is all over the place. My brother in law and I both got quotes for the exact same car, exact same address, and exact same job 6 weeks apart and one quote was $580 and the other was $365.
  
  As I said service is good but pricing needs a lot more consistency.

  Absolutely terrible service!! They didn’t fix the problem $800. Then one of there technicians said $4000 for injectors. Took to Northside Nissan ended up being a hose for $270. You rip people off this criminal!! You should really give some of my money back from the $800 I paid!! Terrible customer service. Terrible company

  The whole process was exceptional...I had already been turned away by 5 repairers so it was a relief to find someone who was willing to come out the next day. I found the online booking process easy and was impressed with the quick confirmation of booking, early arrival of our mechanic, quick, efficient, friendly service, reasonable costs and easy payment/ receipt processThank you Kyle.

  Received service from a wonderful mechanic Kyle V43, very experienced, professional and friendly mechanic. Involved me in everything he was doing to my car. Happy with the service and have recommended the organisation to my friends and family.
  
  The only issue I had was it was extremely expensive. Maybe look out for cheaper options first.

  Had a service from Robel van vf37 today. He was great, explained exactly what he was doing and why. Super chill dude and top bloke. I'm not well ATM (not covid) and was just grateful to have someone around that wouldn't try to do a hard sell, got to relax in my house instead of a service centre. Will use this service again and will probably ask for Robel.

  First of all used you a lot of times in past and had no problems, but today i had outlined the excat problem to you before coming and even got a quote off you for the job to be done which was fine but on arrival you decide to hike your prices because the job needed something at the workshop which you knew about before coming to the job as a bearing can not be put in without a press which I outlined already then decide to charge a extra 240 dollars for it. Absolutely ridiculas and the last time I will use you

  I used the mobile component. Robel the mechanic is one of the nicest, helpful, courteous, person I've met in a long time. Rings when he's on his way, apologises profusely if he neds to go & get parts etc. Informative, checked brake pads for wear, checked tyre pressure, all fluids were seen to. Great bloke, I'd recommend him to anyone.
