  Do not use these guys absolutely terrible customer service.1 hour after purchasing a $53000 used car the interior trim started to lift. I called them and they said tough our warranty doesn't cover cosmetic, we can't help you. Never ever will I use this terrible company happy to take my money tho

  Rang servicing re an issue with my car. Receptionist said she would pass message on as no one answering phone due to busy time of day. Called back much later and servicing still busy but was assured message was passed on. Three weeks later and still no call. This loyal customer will not be using them again for anything - very poor customer service.

  IF YOU ARE BUYING A NAVARA BEWARE : There is an issue with the hoses that goes to the intercooler and it leaks oil heavily. Nissan will try and dismiss this issue and god help you if you are out of warranty by a week (even though it has been leaking since long before)
  
  Absolute disregard for the customer and i feel horrified that i gave this mob $55k for this vehicle 3 years ago.

  I drive nissan Juke, the globe you see on the photo cost me $150 and it was offered to me at the shop to replace it for free. The Nissan in Wangara issued a quote refernce to invoice #390592 for nearly $3,363 to replace both what they called "modules" in my car as it was recommended strongly to do both or for one it would cost $1,882. I'd be questioning competence of the mechanic who assesed my vehicle because the same person can potentially misdiagnose mechanical issues as something minor which can result in more possible life threatening damage than just broken globe.
  Management get your staff competence reassessed.
