  Our wedding was a surprise wedding, and choosing the Launch Films Video and Photos for our wedding was the best decision we made (apart from choosing to get married ;-) ).
  
  From the start, they were extremely flexible and adaptable for our wedding. In advance, they nutted out the details for the day down to a tee – even picking up details that hadn’t occurred to us. They came up with fantastic ideas too, such as holding the bride and groom’s interview after the wedding to discuss the surprise went rather than before. They also dealt with far more unknowns than a traditional wedding, including dealing with guests and a bridal party who didn’t know about the wedding for the first hour, and also dealt with overly excited guest and bridal party members after the wedding when they needed to get everyone into photos and events.
  
  They completely maintained secrecy, wearing disguises for the first hour, and having back stories ready to explain why they were taking photos and video at a 30th birthday.
  
  Then right before the wedding, my FIL ended up in hospital with urgent surgery and wasn’t able to make it. We contacted them quite upset that he couldn’t be there, and they arranged to drop everything to get the video of the ceremony and a sample of photos processed as fast as possible so that my FIL could see everything ASAP.
  
  And wow – when we saw the video and photos, they are beyond amazing. There are no words to describe the quality, the attention to detail, and how they captured the atmosphere of the wedding in every photo and video we’ve seen. The fact that the venue was dark and underground didn’t impact the quality of the photos – they are fantastic.
  
  The entire team is completely professional, understanding, and most important, passionate. Their passion is obvious in their work and their excitement in the lead up to our wedding, which was even obvious to guests who constantly commented on how good the videographers and photographers were.
  
  Thank you to the entire Launch team – you have made our day more than memorable, and we cannot recommend you highly enough to anyone getting married (or any other event!) out there.
