  Very pushy sales! They said it would be 1.5 hours, but ended up being 3 hours. They were reluctant to leave. When they knew we probably wouldn't use their services, they were unhappy. They tried to get us to sign out of guilty feeling, but we didn't. They rang sooooooooo many times to ensure that we would be home. They also wanted my partner home, even though I said I was the one who made the decision and pay for this! I will never contact this company ever again....
  Our decision could have been different if it wasn't for this pushy sales strategy.

  Modern roof has been awesome!!!! last year i have had my house roof and gutters done and two weeks ago I had my Mother in laws house done.
  All the way through from the first quote to completion of the works the team have been amazing keeping us up to date with what was happening.
  The work was done quickly and cleanly with the Moderns team turning up on time each day and making sure all was clean and ready next day.
  Well done team thanks for making the works and my mother in laws place no fuss and with no issue, the whole thing happen so well.

  I am very satisfied with my rollershutters, I was very impressed that my chosen colour was available and correctly matched the colour of my walls. The quality is very impressive and the shutters have a modern system. I would recommend Modern group to anyone who values quality and good workmanship.

  My mother has recently had roller shutters installed and they are not working. She has called modern 6 times with no response. on the 7th time the person told her it was a battery issue and she should climb up a ladder and take a panel off and take the battery to bunnings to get a new one and install it. Nice way to treat your elderly customers. She and I will be letting everyone we know what a poor service you offer.

  Complete waste of time of a company. Feel sorry for anyone that gets conned by their sales approach! Had an initial silly price quoted which he magically drops by 30% without me even saying anything. Overpriced and dodgy service.

  Wouldn't attend intial quotation appointment without my husband home...... Seriously ??? Was explained that it was my money, and my decision, and was told "sorry, we can't attend without both home owners present".......... News flash - the 1950s called and they want their sales pitch back.
