We recently purchased a new Grand Cherokee and the overall level of service and presentation of the vehicle was excellent. The thing that most impressed me was the manner in which they assisted me even with after market items that I purchased separately and were of no benefit to them directly. I would thoroughly recommend them, the service team and their products. (For the record this is my fourth Grand Cherokee from them and 15th vehicle we have purchased over the last decades)
