  Dave was great and we were very grateful that we engaged his services. We had some issues right from when the pad was poured which Dave picked up on. Then more issues when he came through again when the roof was on. Both times our builder had to engage an engineer to respond to the concerns. Both times the builder had to do rectification works. Sooo glad we used Dave as otherwise we may have had issues in a few years which we would have had to argue with the builder about, no doubt it would have cost us money and then there would have been the disruption to rectify whilst we lived there. Thankfully we should no longer have these issues as we have been able to resolve these concerns during the build itself. Thanks Dave!! Legend mate.

  We have been dealing with he guys on a few projects over the last 12 months and we find them to be very consistent , reliable and extremely easy to deal with. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

  Dave has been absolutely incredible.. he is honest, reliable and his work ethics are impeccable.. Dave's attention to detail and professionalism go above and beyond.
  
  Dave ensures everything is done as it should be! He gets straight to the point and explains things in full detail so that we understand.
  
  Dave answers any questions we have at anytime... his communication is second to none.. Dave always helps in any way he can from advice over the phone to emails and is very prompt to reply to us.
  
  Highly recommend Davmar to anyone looking to build.. renovate or in need of a quality reputable building inspector.
