  Pity I couldn't award zero stars as that's what I got today from Stegbar Wangara. Apparently a home built in 1998 with windows by Stegbar is just too old to be able to replace the extrusions that had corroded. Poor lady at the front desk tried to help and was pleasant but no one from the shop floor (or the manager) could be bothered coming to the "customer service" desk to help. Apparently it was lunchtime... when factory opens 8.30 to 2pm 4 days a week causing me to take the afternoon off (unpaid) to visit.
  Then the relayed story was that it definitely was not one of their products despite every window in the Home proudly displaying STEGBAR on the handle! (see pic)
  This customer was apparently wrong.

  To be fair someone from Stegbar contacted me to assist after I posted the review but I had already fixed the issue with assistance from another company

  I went to the Stegbar at Wangara last week. When I walked in there were two salesman facing the door (it's a small showroom so anyone walking in would be seen straight away). One of them was talking to a customer at his desk but noticed me. The other one was walking back to his desk, he seemed to be dealing with another customer that was elsewhere in the store. He noticed me also. I walked into the middle right in front of the desks and looked around unsure where to start. Neither of the salesman bothered to smile, say hello or "we'll be right with you as soon as we finish with this customer". I was completely and utterly ignored even though I was only a few feet away from them. I walked slowly around the showroom once and at no time did either salesman even bother to acknowledge I was there. So I walked out the front door and I left feeling completely pissed off. If a company's representatives can't even be bothered with basic courtesy then they are not ever getting my business.

  Wanted to order sliding doors - we knew what we needed unfortunately sales staff let company down it took 2 calls to just to get someone to house then 2 more calls amd tct messeges to chase up quote...... still no quote or contact from salesman. Went to DOORSTOP in Joondalup who provided EXCELLENT service and where way more knowledgeable about products than sales team here. DOORSTOP will be where we go for our next order for windows and doors as we move along our renovation - obviously Stegbar didn't want our business!

  As usual, one would look at reviews beforehand.
  I was not convinced by the bad reviews but went just to have look at their shower screen in their show room.
  Finally arrived Wangara .
  Went into the office. I was greeted immediately by a young staff Isaac. He was patiently listened to my description about my old bathroom shower area. He then showed me some samples and suggest some ideas . He is genuine.. and thoughtful towards my description.
  The lady staff Vanda is helpful with suggestions.
  
  I am glad I went to have a look and looking forward to progress further with their quote.

  I did my research, walked in without an appointment, spoke to a lovely lady that helped with colours and styles. Ordered after receiving the emailed quote, was given a time frame of 2 weeks and had it delivered well inside that time frame. The windows and door are built to the standard I would expect for the price. They are to spec and look great.

  I don't get the bad reviews? I ordered a dozen windows and doors for my home. The quality was good and the bifolds were 30% less than nearest quote.
